Fall Equinox Class

Experience a restorative and grounding Fall Equinox class designed to support embodied gratitude and welcoming change. This mindful session combines mudra meditation to connect to gratitude and balance energies, gentle yoga to connect with the body's wisdom and inspire it to welcome change, and oracle cards to encourage guided reflection. Enjoy restorative yoga and calming affirmations to nurture self-compassion, followed by self massage and individualized rest to integrate the insights gained. Perfect for honoring the season of transition and cultivating a heart-centered sense of gratitude.

🍂If you are joining us at Shine Yoga + Wellness, we will have a copy of the workbook available for you. Bring your favorite card deck or choose one to borrow from our studio library.

🍂If you are joining us virtually, have all your supportive props (blocks, bolsters, blankets, straps, pillows, etc), a tarot or oracle card deck if you have one, and a journal or the companion workbook. Members can find the workbook in the Special Experiences section of your content library to print if you’d like. All others will receive a PDF of the workbook in the virtual studio chat at the start of the class so you can follow along.

Notes From Our Studio:
  • To maintain our safe space, we do not accept walk-ins. And we also DO NOT accept class registrations via social media, direct messaging, text, email, or phone. DO NOT SHOW UP TO OUR STUDIOS WITHOUT REGISTERING ONLINE!
  • Make sure to check the class location when registering!
  • Because of the limitations created by physical space, members get priority for in-person classes. Our studio drop in price matches our members' investment. You can choose to invest as much as our members do to join in studio as a drop-in, choose to register for the virtual option on our schedule for a more affordable rate, or choose to set up a membership so you can register for as many classes as you would like for the same member investment per month.
  • When joining us virtually, be sure to have your favorite supportive props like bolsters, blocks, blankets, eye pillows, journals, etc. nearby!
  • If you haven't filled out our intake form, click HERE to do so (or use the link in your registration email) so we can offer you the best experience! *Note: you only need to fill out the form once unless something has changed with your health and wellness.
