This space was born from lived experience. I know what it feels like to have safety and agency taken away—and what it takes to reclaim them. Healing can’t be handed to us; it has to be nourished, one breath and boundary at a time. And often, that work feels overwhelming.

I created this community so women don’t have to do that work alone or without a map. We each carry our own stories and resilience, yet when we come together, our healing expands. When we align that energy with the moon and stars, we begin to see and feel real progress. The strength already inside us becomes amplified through shared practice, honest presence, and mutual support—of each other and the rhythms of astrology.

After working with women all over the world, one thing I know to be true is that there’s a common thread running through so many of our stories. No matter where we live or what we’ve endured, too many of us have gone through life unsure if we’re truly safe—or if we even belong. I’ve seen it, and I’ve lived it. And I’ve also witnessed what happens when we begin to reclaim our bodies, our breath, our boundaries, and our voice.

KMY Virtual was created as that place of return that can reach across the planet—a space where healing is already within you but grows stronger through shared practice, honest presence, and the power of witnessing and empowering one another.
