Explore longer holds, deeper breaths, and meditation! Yin Yoga is a beautifully gentle yet inspiring practice that invites you to slow down and deepen your experience of yoga and yourself.


In this class, you'll be guided through a series of passive poses that are held for extended periods—typically three to five minutes. These long holds allow you to gently target the deeper connective tissues of your body, like ligaments and fascia, which helps release holding patterns to promote joint health and increased range of motion.


As you settle into each shape, the practice encourages a sense of mindfulness, creating space for you to connect with your inner self. It's an opportunity to cultivate self-awareness, inner peace, and balance, making it perfect for everyone and everybody.


Yin Yoga offers an accepting environment where you can unwind and rejuvenate both your body, mind, heart, and spirit. Its paces serves as a perfect companion to more powerful styles of yoga, allowing you to find stillness and restorative energy in your practice while welcoming even more ease into your body and mind.

Notes From Our Studio:
  • To maintain our safe space we do not accept walk-ins. And we also DO NOT accept class registrations via social media, direct messaging, text, email, or phone. DO NOT SHOW UP TO OUR STUDIOS WITHOUT REGISTERING ONLINE!
  • Make sure to check the class location when registering!
  • Because of the limitations created by physical space, members get priority for in-person classes. Our studio drop in price matches our members' investment. You can choose to invest as much as our members do to join in studio as a drop-in, choose to register for the virtual option on our schedule for a more affordable rate, or choose to set up a membership so you can register for as many classes as you would like for the same member investment per month.
  • When joining us virtually, be sure to have your favorite supportive props like bolsters, blocks, blankets, eye pillows, journals, etc. nearby!
