Every Monday, we invite you to embrace the opportunity to slow down and intentionally set the tone for the week ahead. In these classes, we introduce and guide our weekly anchor mudra, mantra, and meditation tools that Katrina has carefully chosen to align with the current astrological energy.

Mudras, the specific hand shapes we use, are powerful tools that channel your energy and intention, helping to enhance your focus and deepen your sense of both mindfulness and embodiment.

As we move through a slow-flow yoga class we will incorporate the chosen mudra in both asana (yoga poses) and meditation to strengthen your connection with your practice and yourself. When joining us, you will engage with these empowering tools live, discovering firsthand how these simple yet profound gestures can elevate your practice and be incorporated into your daily life.

Whether you have worked with mudras often already or are just beginning to explore this world of yogic hand shapes, these sessions provide a unique opportunity to build your spiritual toolbox and cultivate a deeper sense of awareness and empowerment. Join us and use the power of your hands to unlock the potential within you!

Notes From Our Studio:

  • To maintain our safe space we do not accept walk-ins. And we also DO NOT accept class registrations via social media, direct messaging, text, email, or phone. DO NOT SHOW UP TO OUR STUDIOS WITHOUT REGISTERING ONLINE!
  • Make sure to check the class location when registering!
  • Because of the limitations created by physical space, members get priority for in-person classes. Our studio drop in price matches our members' investment. You can choose to invest as much as our members do to join in studio as a drop-in, choose to register for the virtual option on our schedule for a more affordable rate, or choose to set up a membership so you can register for as many classes as you would like for the same member investment per month.
  • When joining us virtually, be sure to have your favorite supportive props like bolsters, blocks, blankets, eye pillows, journals, etc. nearby!
