Each Shine Like the Stars Workbook (and companion live offering) is designed for individuals of all zodiac sings and suggests anchor tools and somatic ways to work with the lunar energy.
When I first found the recognition and strength to begin thinking about healing my trauma I had no idea where to even start. It all felt heavy and overwhelming. Often, we have so many anchor tools we don’t know which one to lean on. That’s where the moon comes in.
She constantly reminds us that we all go through phases and the light and the dark in each one is meant to be honored and used as fuel for growth. And you are meant to be honored through it all. The moon gives us direction. Aligning with her shows us where she is guiding us to heal. She shows us where to start with the cosmos in our corner.
All of our offerings are meant to support you as your own healer. Everything is an invitation and a suggestion. You have agency over your own body and own experience here and always.
