Feeling muscle tension and tightness?

You yoga, stretch, sauna, get massages, and more but perhaps you STILL feel holding patterns and stored things impacting your physical body and how you move with it through the world.

Feeling like you could do better at body acceptance and self compassion?

You meditate, journal, and practice mantra or affirmations and you still aren’t speaking to yourself or your body like you would to a daughter, sister, or friend.

These classes are for you!

Foam rolling is a myofascial release technique that helps target and release tightness and tension. It gets the circulation of blood and healing energy flowing throughout the muscles and tissues.

It is perfect for those with strong movement practices (hey runners, weightlifters, yogis and more) for recovery and for those who have more sedentary lives for circulation too.

Self-massage is a potent way to offer self-touch. In a world where trauma is a buzzword and we all know its impacts, getting your own hands in on processing it out of the body is powerful. It asserts to you that you are on your own team!

Combining all of this with stretching is just the sprinkles on the cupcake.
